EARTH
JARVIS programme · with SUEZ
Human-robot dismantling cell for end-of-life microwave ovens: machine vision, robot manipulation, teleoperation and shared control, so operators and the robot extract and sort the hazardous and heavy parts together.
The EARTH pilot received funding from the European Union's Horizon Europe research and innovation programme (Grant Agreement No 101135708).
MENTOR
ARISE programme · with SUEZ
Turns experienced operators’ dismantling know-how into reusable robot skills: demonstration video, spoken instructions and sensor data become a skill description an operator reviews before people and robot share the task. First validated on removing memory modules from computer motherboards.
CIRCULAI
ROB4GREEN programme · with SUEZ
Selective recovery of end-of-life computer parts: the recovery-value decision weighs market value against processing cost, is recorded in the digital product passport, and directs the robot station to extract processors, memory and, where worthwhile, graphics cards.
AIM-Fusion
AMALTEA programme
Multi-sensor fusion for construction sites: LiDAR, RGB-D, IMU and total-station data combined into self-calibrating, real-time 3D mapping that interoperates with BIM — stable, high-precision positioning so a robot can install facade elements with less manual alignment.
