Training
Industrial AI, task by task
Three days to understand, target and prepare AI across your company, from design to production.
For industrial companies asking where AI could help them, and where to start. Leaders, engineers and shop-floor teams learn a clear method to judge what AI can do today, and which tasks it fits.
This training teaches no euroDAO product. It teaches your team to judge any industrial AI application.
Programme
Training objectives
Day 1
Understand
What AI can do today at each stage of industry, and where it stops: designing (design, simulation, technical documentation), seeing (inspection, quality control), deciding (maintenance, planning) and acting (robotics). Then the conditions it needs: people's safety, control of your data and the EU AI Act.
Day 2
Target
Your team assesses its own operations, from the design office to the shop floor, and ranks the tasks where AI meets a real need: design lead times, quality defects, machine downtime, hazardous work, hard-to-fill jobs. Each participant leaves with field observations to carry out on the top-ranked tasks.
Day 3 · Three weeks later
Prepare
Each participant assesses a new task alone. The team then turns its ranking into an agreed roadmap, a requirements brief any supplier can read, and a grid to compare their proposals.
Skills
What participants learn
- Tell apart the main families of AI used in industry (AI-assisted design, computer vision, machine learning, generative AI, robotics) and what each can do.
- Know what data each kind of AI needs, and how to read its error rates before handing it a task.
- Assess a task on a shared grid: value to the team and technical feasibility.
- Assess and compare AI suppliers' proposals on objective criteria.
- Know the core obligations of the EU AI Act and the machine-safety requirements that apply on the shop floor.
